What you do as a Workforce Planner :

We are looking for a workforce planner for our client in Venray. You will work at our inhouse location in Venray.

Your job is to make and manage the planning. You are the expert in planning! You call, email, and organize the schedules of about 150 temporary workers. They work at 7 different clients / distribution centers on the campus in Venray. It’s a very dynamic job!

You make the schedule for each day and week. You also think about the future and give advice. You make sure everything is clear, there are enough trained workers, and they get the information they need.

You also look further than just the schedule. You help your colleagues, and sometimes you help with onboarding new workers or doing administration. Luckily, there is always time to laugh with your team.

Is the planning ready? Are the workers and the client happy again? See you tomorrow!

Where you will work :

• You are available Monday to Friday;
• You are good at planning;
• You speak English well. Dutch is a plus.
