About The Role - Mission
As exclusive partner in Europe of Canadian premium sports & apparel brand lululemon, we are looking for a HRBP for Nordics & Central Europe, who based in Amsterdam, with frequent travel across a region under fast expansion, will be a strategic partner to Retail teams and leaders.
Reporting directly to the HRVP of the Group, your main mission is to elevate the employee experience, fostering an environment that is people driven, where we empower our leaders to celebrate achieving through community, while encouraging individual growth.
To be successful in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be hands on and agile, and work to positively influence, challenge and develop relations of trust with retail teams and key corporate support functions.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following responsibilities :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the retail direction & training teams to identify needs in each store.
- Responsible for the full employee lifecycle.
- Deliver responsive and effective day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including Manpower planning, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management.
- Provide consultation and coaching to the retail leadership team regarding employee relations and people decisions.
- Collaborate with the other members of HR (i.e., talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, training, ) to create relevant talent solutions to support the business.
- Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decision.
- Up to date on the market trends and HR best practices in the sector.
- Manage & guides in-store Employee Relations ensuring compliance with local Law & collective agreements.
- Daily Interaction with external local partners for local labor advise.
PROFILE
Master’s degree in human resources or business administration.At least 4 years of experience in a HR Generalist role in retail, ideally managing multi country markets.Excellent communication and relational skills, good analytical skills.Ability to listen and take decision based on rational thinking and good judgement, where you balance the short need vs. Mid- and long-term challenges is key for this role.High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations.Comfortable multi-tasking and highly organized.Proficient in English is a must, and Dutch, French or Greek an advantage.A valid work permit for the Schengen area is mandatory.Frequent travel across Europe is needed to ensure proximity to retail network.Applications : Share your CV to Talents@arionretail.com
