Location : Barneveld / Apeldoorn Area, Netherlands

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site (minimum 3 days per week)

Experience Level : Medior or Senior

Language Requirement : Dutch speaking

We are currently expanding our Embedded Systems division and seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team working on IoT and safety-critical systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test embedded software in C for microcontroller-based systems
Contribute to the development of IoT solutions and smart, connected devices
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain software reliability
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including hardware, systems, and QA
Participate in client-facing projects across the Barneveld / Apeldoorn region
Be part of a technical community focused on continuous learning and innovation

Your Profile

Strong experience with embedded C programming and microcontrollers

Hands-on experience with IoT systems development

Familiarity with safety-critical environments (e.g., IEC 61508, functional safety)

Willing and able to work on-site in Barneveld at least 3 days per week

Fluent in Dutch (required)

Medior to senior-level experience

Experience in a consultancy or project-based environment is a plus

Candidates with an automotive background will not be considered for this role
