About the Role and Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team. This role offers significant opportunities for personal growth and development within a dynamic and innovative environment. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, revenue generation, and account management in the digital and / or programmatic advertising market. If you have a passion for online media and innovation, a commercial mindset, and a hunger for success, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for identifying new clients and following up on leads showing interest in our advertising products and services.
  • You will spot new market opportunities and build strong relationships with advertisers and various agencies – from media agencies to specialized social, brand, and PR agencies.
  • You will independently manage the full sales cycle : from creation and optimization to implementation and ongoing support.
  • You’ll ensure deep knowledge of digital and programmatic RLVNT solutions, technologies, and the broader advertising landscape, enabling you to effectively respond to client needs.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will help define and achieve commercial goals.
  • You will actively seek client and industry connections to grow revenue opportunities and clearly communicate the RLVNT Programmatic Media Marketplace proposition.
  • You’ll work intensively with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth, capitalize on new opportunities, and develop your client portfolio.
  • You will maintain accurate oversight of your pipeline, forecast revenue precisely, and strive for maximum sales efficiency.

About You

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in (programmatic) media sales, with a proven track record in successfully managing and growing prospects and clients.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the digital and programmatic ecosystem and understand how to effectively deploy all media channels – such as Video, YouTube, Display, Digital Audio, Social, Branded Content, and DOOH.
  • You are experienced with ad tech platforms and integrations, as well as sales automation tools and platforms.
  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills and communicate fluently in both Dutch and English, in both speech and writing.
  • You are commercially minded, critical, and possess strong business acumen.
  • Your emotional intelligence and self-awareness enable you to collaborate effectively and maximize market opportunities.
  • Please note : For this role, we are exclusively looking for a native or advanced Dutch speaker (C1+ level).
