A selection of your responsibilities within your role :
- Handle monthend / yearend closing processes.
- Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rates.
- Coordinate administration and document flow with accounting service providers.
- Coordinate and oversee master data management.
- Conduct payment runs and handle upload approvals.
- Address ad hoc Incotermsrelated tasks and Forecast.
- Perform all other necessary financial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications : If you are
Advanced in financial reporting and data managementHave good knowledge of VAT rules and regulationsHave a Finance related bachelors degree (or MBO4 / HBO)If you have at least two years of experience in administration and financeCommunicatively proficient with good teamworking skillsFluent in English (or more!Accurate and result oriented with high level of working individually and professionalEnjoy an international working environmentAn exiting goal doesnt scare youIf you have affinity with financial figuresGood understanding of accounting processesMaintain an optimistic perspective in your professional endeavorsAdditional Information :
