Financial Specialist

A selection of your responsibilities within your role :

• Handle monthend / yearend closing processes.
• Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rates.
• Coordinate administration and document flow with accounting service providers.
• Coordinate and oversee master data management.
• Conduct payment runs and handle upload approvals.
• Address ad hoc Incotermsrelated tasks and Forecast.
• Perform all other necessary financial and administrative tasks.

Qualifications : If you are

If you are

• Advanced in financial reporting and data management
• Have good knowledge of VAT rules and regulations
• Have a Finance related bachelors degree (or MBO4 / HBO)
• If you have at least two years of experience in administration and finance
• Communicatively proficient with good teamworking skills
• Fluent in English (or more!
• Accurate and result oriented with high level of working individually and professional
• Enjoy an international working environment
• An exiting goal doesnt scare you
• If you have affinity with financial figures
• Good understanding of accounting processes
• Maintain an optimistic perspective in your professional endeavors
