One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate Director, ATC Cell Therapy Operations Europe in Switzerland, United Kingdom, or Netherlands .

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director to oversee cell therapy operations across Europe. This pivotal role will support the integration of autologous T-cell immunotherapies within treatment centers, ensuring clinical and operational excellence. Acting as the primary point of contact for site onboarding and post-launch support, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, and lab personnel. Your expertise will drive the implementation of workflows, training programs, and compliance procedures to ensure seamless delivery of cell therapies to patients. A background in cellular therapy within a clinical or industry setting is essential.

Accountabilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with treatment center stakeholders (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lab staff, etc.)
• Lead operational meetings and guide the standard-of-care setup for cell therapy services
• Oversee end-to-end workflows from tumor collection to final product infusion and follow-up
• Conduct treatment center qualification and training processes using risk-based tools
• Manage change control and quality oversight (deviations, CAPAs, etc.) at designated sites
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for SOPs and cross-functional education materials
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Identity / Chain of Custody protocols
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to operational deviations and develop post-launch solutions
