🔧 Your Role : Driving Sales & Solutions
As Technical Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the Netherlands. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering integrated lighting solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new prospects and projects, with a focus on emergency lighting and control systems.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with end customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, product, service) to develop comprehensive lighting packages that integrate emergency lighting, control systems, and services.
- Sales Execution : Present and promote the value of our solutions, manage the sales process from initial contact through to delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal sales and management teams to ensure seamless service and support throughout the customer journey.
- Reporting & Engagement : Provide regular updates on project progress, participate in sales meetings, and represent the company at customer events and industry gatherings.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
