About The Role
You’re not here to just generate leads. You’re here to drive pipeline and revenue by building our growth machine and running it with the commercial team.
As a Growth Lead, you’ll run our paid campaigns, distribute content, own reporting and sales / marketing ops, making sure the commercial team runs as one. Account-based marketing and Demand Generation are important drivers for our business and we want to make the most out of our efforts.
This is a hands-on role in which you’ll be working closely with Penny (Content), Nike (Social) and Sales to ensure campaigns aren’t just creative, but effective. It’s perfect for someone who likes to experiment and optimise both campaigns, as well as infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline from our ICP and Target Accounts.
- Manage and optimise all paid media channels, including LinkedIn, and Google Ads, in collaboration with our partner Unmuted.
- Track and attribute pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI, turning performance data into clear insights and actions.
- Build and run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across 1 : 1, 1 : few, and 1 : many plays, together with Sales and Marketing.
- Create and refine Webflow landing pages and run CRO experiments to improve demo and conversion rates.
- Develop nurture programs and retargeting loops that move prospects from awareness to SQL and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Design and run structured growth experiments, testing new channels, creatives, and tactics to find scalable opportunities.
- Refine and prioritise ICP tiers and target account lists in collaboration with Sales, ensuring campaigns focus on the highest-potential accounts.
- Own and manage agency / partner relationships (e.g. Unmuted), aligning external campaigns with internal performance targets.
- Contribute to quarterly GTM planning, ensuring marketing plays are integrated with sales priorities and revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.You know how to turn data into clear insights and compelling stories, and you can confidently present these to the business to drive decisions.Proven track record in paid acquisition and campaign execution that drives pipeline.Hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, lead routing, reporting).Experience with CRO and Webflow (landing pages, testing, optimisation).Strong analytical skills. You think in pipeline, CAC, attribution, not vanity metrics.Collaborative mindset : you thrive working with content, design, and sales.Proactive, structured, and hands-on. Your Monday starts with a coffee and the Marketing stand-up, where you sync with Marian (Ops), Penny (Content), Nike (Social), and Thomas (Head of Marketing) to align on priorities and clear blockers.
You dive straight into campaign building : launching LinkedIn Ads for SaaS scale-ups in Germany. You refine the audience using enrichment playbooks and collaborate with Penny on messaging and Nike on creative.
Midday, you work with Marian on HubSpot workflows and the tool stack, making sure lead routing, scoring, and reporting run smoothly. You also update automated campaign playbooks that keep target accounts engaged across channels.
In the afternoon, you check performance dashboards, optimise bids, and tweak a Webflow landing page for better conversions. A quick sync with Unmuted helps fine-tune paid ads and ensure campaigns are hitting pipeline targets.
Before wrapping up, you align with Penny and Nike to brief upcoming content distribution tasks and plan amplification for the next big report. Another day moving Contentoo’s growth engine forward.
