Store Manager – Guess Designer Outlet Roermond (38 hours / week)

For our  Guess Designer Outlet Store  in Roermond, we are looking for a  results-driven and inspiring Store Manager  with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset.

Your mission :

As Store Manager, you are the face of the store and the driving force behind your team. You ensure every customer enjoys the full  Guess experience , while coaching your team to consistently deliver top performance.

Your responsibilities :

• Achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team (people management)
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working hands-on on the shop floor when needed
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishment
• Analyzing sales performance and acting on data
• Handling scheduling and administrative duties
• Managing inventory processes
• Creating a positive and motivating work environment
