What's the role?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter to join our in-house Marketing Content Production team. Your mission : turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories that power campaigns, events, and communications for customers, journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders. You will report to the Content Production Lead.
In this role, you’ll concept and write standout content and storyboards for marketing campaigns, nurture programs, events, videos and product collateral -bringing our content strategy and messaging to life across all channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to craft persuasive storytelling that strengthens our brand voice and resonates with global audiences.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment with talented colleagues from around the world and play a key role in shaping an innovative tech brand.
What you’ll do :
Content creation and storytelling
- Craft and edit compelling copy for digital and print channels : websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads and product content
- Develop storyboards and concepts for video production, ensuring stories are engaging and aligned with campaign goals
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone and style and produce content in polished US English across all communications
- Contribute editorial ideas to creative brainstorming sessions and shape content concepts
Collaboration and brand management
Work closely with in-house creatives, marketers, product managers and external partners to deliver campaigns and evolve brand standardsSupport internal teams with language and brand guidelines, templates and tools, ensuring consistency across regions and channelsAct as a brand ambassador, helping to evolve and uphold the HERE brand voiceStrategy, optimization and performance
Research target audiences, trends, and competitors to enhance our content strategyOptimize copy for SEO and performance, track results and implement learnings for future initiativesExplore and experiment with new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance processes, creativity and impactProject management and quality assurance
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, clarity and high editorial standardsWho are you?
Experience and expertise
Exceptional command of US English, including grammar, style and tone, with the ability to simplify complex technical stories6+ years of editorial or content creation experience in communications, marketing, agency, publishing, freelance orin-house production teams
Track record in business and technology communications; B2C experience is a plusSkilled at writing and editing copy tailored to personas, priorities and performance metricsCreative and strategic thinking
Strong lateral thinking and editorial judgment to contribute to complex, multi-disciplinary projectsConfident in interpreting briefs, shaping ideas and producing content that tells compelling storiesDeep understanding of writing principles, SEO and creative storytellingTechnical and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with CMS, collaboration and AI tools (., Adobe Workfront, Contently, EasyContent, Jasper or equivalents)Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and implement learningsEducation and mindset
