From defining assembly structures to initiating process optimizations, you'll be at the forefront of innovation.

Functieomschrijving

  • Design lean assembly processes, defining assemblies, workstation layout, and logistic flows in collaboration with supply chain engineering.
  • Define the manufacturing structure of new products and initiate improvements in the assembly process to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Lead process optimizations, cost savings, and risk reductions, driving further professionalization of our production processes.
  • Implement improvement proposals to enhance product manufacturability.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Technical HBO / WO education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and decisive approach.
  • Experience in Factory or Production Engineering and production line layout is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to High-tech or Automotive environments is beneficial.
