Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services offered.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Educate customers about our services and guide them through processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer support experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
