Our client is the world's leading digital entertainment service and they are currently looking for an Executive Department Assistant (hybrid 3 days on-site, 40 hours) in Amsterdam .
The candidate would be someone who is adaptable to providing administrative coverage to various teams. This would not suit someone who is passionate being a dedicated Executive Assistant to 1-2 leaders. You will need to be quickly and efficiently provide quality administrative support for each respective departments they are assigned to, enabling business leaders to continue doing their best work.

- Temporary Phase A agency contract (CLA ABU) via Grafton with possible extension or conversion FTE
- Start : ASAP
- Duration of the assignment : 6 months
- Salary depending on experience : between € 4.160- € 4.853, - gross per month based on 40 hours; since we have a weekly payment system this will be between € 24-€ 28 gross per hour; excluding 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, pension based on Stipp Basis (annually on a fulltime based); No travel allowance reimbursement!

Own and manage complex calendars across leaders, time zones, and shifting priorities anticipating conflicts and solving them before they ariseCoordinate global travel end-to-end, ensuring all details are managed so leaders can stay focused on their impactProcess expenses quickly and accurately, ensuring compliance without exceptionSupport projects and team moments from offsites to ad hoc events bringing thoughtfulness and high standards to every detailStep into new teams and contexts with confidence, applying sound judgment to get up to speed and add value quicklyCommunicate clearly and professionally with executives, assistants, and cross-functional partners across the businessYour profile
Experienced Assistant : You’ve worked as an administrative or executive assistant supporting leaders, and understand how to anticipate needs, adapt to styles, and enable their effectivenessResilience & adaptability : You thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments and remain calm under pressureExceptional organization : You juggle multiple priorities with ease, protect time with precision, and never lose track of the detailsStrong judgment : You act independently, make smart decisions in the moment, and know when to escalateClear communicator : You’re concise, proactive, and build trust through transparent and respectful communicationProficiency in Google Suite and a high degree of comfort with online tools.Fluency in English and at least one other EMEA language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian preferred)Proven experience working with international teams and across multiple time zones .Ready to apply?
