Our client is in search of an Azure DevOps engineer. The role will involve helping tackle crime & due diligence. You will be part of the Name Screening team to help detect individuals and organizations posing sanction, terrorism financing, or money laundering risks.
Responsibilities:
- Transform global business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure services align with our Risk Control Framework.
- Lead end-to-end accountability, covering operational activities and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with Global FEC Tech and Compliance teams for policy compliance.
- Provide and seek constructive feedback.
- Maintain a proactive, positive mindset and strong analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
- Create and maintain Windows servers.
- Handle database administration activities.
- Implement security fixes for servers and databases.
- Write and debug stored procedures, functions, and SQL.
- Work with Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Build and release CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Manage T-SQL scripting, release patches, and IIS certificates.
Requirements:
- Academic working and intellectual level.
- Broad IT experience in the financial sector, preferably in compliance.
- At least 3 years of similar experience.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, SAFe.
- Ability to oversee a wide domain and understand the impact of design decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with senior management, business experts, and developers.
- Excellent documentation and writing skills.
- Proactive mindset and ownership.
- Fluent in English.
Job Details:
- 36 to 40 hours per week
