Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end order execution, logistics, and customer delivery while acting as the operational interface between sales, customers, and internal teams. The position ensures accurate order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and proactive issue resolution, while providing reliable delivery commitments and after-sales support. By maintaining high data accuracy in ERP / CRM systems and continuously improving logistics workflows, the role directly contributes to service reliability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support the field sales team with account management and inside sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
- Handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor shipments, handle documentation, and resolve delivery issues proactively.Provide customers with accurate delivery timelines, tracking, and after-sales support.Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and service excellence.Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, operations).Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in industries with strong logistics / supply chain requirements.Solid knowledge of logistics operations, shipping, and supply chain processes.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SAP or similar).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
