The Role

As a Test Technician, you are busy with the optical, mechanical and electrical testing and adjustment of cameras on a daily basis. You do this according to the set quality requirements and customer specifications. In the event of deviations, you locate and repair errors in semi-finished products and end systems. This applies to both new products and products that have been offered for repair by customers.

Your day as a Test Technician

• You test and adjust camera systems using (automatic) test protocols.
• In the event of detected deviations, you locate and repair the errors.
• You assess the video quality for any image deviations.
• You assemble and disassemble products to solve the problems.
• You report measurement results and errors found in the quality system.
• You regularly consult with the (quality) team about discovered errors according to the LEAN process.
• You read electrical drawings and diagrams.
