Functieomschrijving

The role reports to the ProjectPrecommissioning Manager. The role responsibilitiesinclude :

Tosupport the Project Precommissioning Manager, in the performance ofhis / her duties.   Work closely withthe Execute contractor to ensure that all Precommissioning issuesare

properly resolved in a timely manner, thatdesign the is managed correctly, and that the

facilities comply with all Project One andstatuatory requirements and stakeholder

expectations.

Monitor precommissioning workperformed by the Execute Contractors and other third party

designers / vendors / subcontractors, providingoversight and guidance, ensuring that all work

satisfies Project One specifications and standardsand meets or ideally is better than the

project schedule and costtargets.

Functie-eisen

Degree qualified and charteredor equivalent in appropriate engineering discipline.   More than 15 years’ experience inEngineering role it Oil and gas or Petrochemical

setting. Precommissioning operationsexperience would be a significant advantage.

Seasoned and experienced Engineer

Major project experience with strong designengineering / procurement background

and a broad understanding of multiple disciplinesand their interfaces

Proven track record of deliveringleading SHE performance   Hands onexperience of Precommissioning or Commissioning on a major

Construction Site.

Experience of a completions and handover management system us essential.   Experience compliance with Belgiumregulations and CE marking would be an

advantage.
