What will you do?
HR Administration & System Management (approx. 50%)
- Processing changes in employee data, contracts, and documents
- Managing absences, work permits, and other legal obligations
- Accurate data entry and maintenance in the HR system (e.g., Workday)
- Following up on contract management, onboarding, and offboarding
Employee Support & Communication (approx. 50%)
First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questionsSupporting payroll changes and HR auditsDocumenting and following up on HR requests according to internal proceduresContributing to the optimization of HR processes and communicationWhat do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalentMinimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative roleFamiliarity with systems such as Workday, SAP, MS Office, or Google SuiteExcellent English communication skills, both written and spokenDetail-oriented, customer-focused, and strong administrative skillsYou enjoy improving processes and collaborating with different teamsPlus points :
