We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join a vibrant team in Athens, Greece.

Salary : €1350 - €1500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300
Type : Hybrid (Work from Home and Onsite)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Dutch language .
- Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.
