Customer Service Specialist – BENELUX

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands

Duration : 9-month Contract with potential to extend

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support their BENELUX operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with customers, and has experience in order and supply chain management.

What you’ll do

• Manage orders from wholesalers, hospitals, and pharmacies, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, returns, and complaints.
• Support with product complaints, recalls, and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing data in SAP.
• Assist with credit checks, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Ensure all work meets compliance and GDP requirements.
