About this role :
As a Data and Analytics Manager in the Fintech Product department, you will play a crucial role in driving insights, understanding customer behavior, and enhancing the overall product experience. You will lead a talented team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Your responsibilities will include setting up processes to better understand business financial impact and user behavior, driving data-informed decision-making, and aligning with cross-functional teams to contribute to company-wide initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Product Analysts in the Fintech Product department.
- Drive the use of data in strategic decision-making and throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Establish processes for analyzing business financial impact, user behavior and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Create actionable insights from data and empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Identify key metrics for measuring and driving product outcomes, set up quarterly OKRs, and measure progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to align on and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
What will you bring to the table?
Extensive experience in analytics, product, or data science roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.Preferably an academic quantitative degree (MSc) in Econometrics / Economy, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or another related field with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysisUnderstanding and experience on AWS / GCP data offerings (Redshift / Big-query)Mastery of SQL and experience with BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, Looker) and modern databases. Knowledge of Python is preferred.Practical, outcomes-focused, and driven to have a positive impact on teams and outcomes.Understanding of modern product management concepts and product discovery and delivery activities.Sharp business judgment with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-experts.Strong networking skills to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with senior management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; experience in hyper-growth fintech or e-commerce is a plus.At JET, this is on the menu :
