Join Parfumado as a Performance Marketing Manager
At Parfumado, we’re looking for a data-savvy and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. Someone who gets excited about scaling smart campaigns and driving ROI across Europe.
In this role, you’ll combine thinking with action : you’ll set up and optimise campaigns, analyse results, and build strategy while staying close to the creative and always putting the customer first. You’ll be working closely with our Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to grow Parfumado’s footprint in the most efficient and brand-right way possible.
The impact you’ll make
- You’ll drive performance across Meta and Google ads, optimising CPA and ROAS
- You’ll build scalable paid campaigns that support Parfumado’s European growth
- You’ll use insights and testing to continuously improve marketing performance and creative effectiveness
What you’ll do
Lead the strategy, setup, optimization and reporting of Meta Ads to drive new customer acquisitionOversee the creative direction for performance marketing campaigns. Work closely with our creative agency and internal design team to lead creative testing and reporting.Use performance data to guide decision making on channel incrementality, budget forecasting, attribution modelling.Maintain accurate tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, API integrations).Localise campaigns for our growth markets including Belgium, Germany, Denmark and SwedenWork closely with our Head of Growth and data analyst to align marketing with insightsStay up to date with trends, platform changes and competitor benchmarksWhat we offer

What you bring
We’d love to see the following in your profile :
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C e-commerceDeep expertise in Meta Ads and a strong track record in scaling campaigns. Experience in Google Ads / Affiliates is a big plus.Demonstrated experience in leading performance marketing creative strategyStrong understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA and LTV, attribution modelling and incrementality. Experience with GA4, 3rd party attribution modelling tools (Triple Whale, Billy Grace) and SQL skills is a big plusSolid understanding with tracking setups using GTM and Conversions APIFluent in English and a great communicatorCurious, driven, and eager to grow with a fast-moving team#J-18808-Ljbffr
