Job Description
As a Senior Consultant or a CCM Solution Specialist, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the development and / or consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the configuration, setup, integration of CCM platform with the overall solution.You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions within an enterprise environment. This role involves integrating various enterprise applications, SmartComm and / or Thunderhead, and Mail house services, to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Responsibilities : Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance to development teams (Including offshore) on technology architecture best practicesDesign and implement CCM strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.Lead the integration of enterprise applications such as upstream AR / Admin Systems, Integration layer, SmartComm and / or Thunderhead, archival and Mail house services.Provide expert advice on the use of integration technology, data architecture, and system architecture, including best practices for CCM.Work with enterprise Architects to develop efficient and scalable CCM solution using niche features of SmartComm and / or Thunderhead. Finalize data models, SmartComm and / or Thunderhead deployment models to provide cost effective and standardized solution that can cater to all current and envisioned future needsWork with Vendor team for installing, configuring and establishing connectivity to SmartComm and / or Thunderhead products from client InfraSkills : 12+ years of relevant experience in SmartComm and / or Thunderhead. Should have experience on end-to-end integration with enterprise applications utilizing SmartComm and / or Thunderhead features Strong understanding of SmartComm and / or Thunderhead capabilitiesExperience with cloud computing, micro services architecture and containerisationIn-Depth knowledge of SmartComm and / or Thunderhead Configuration, Deployment Models and Licensing model Experience with agile development methodologies and sound DevOps practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWell-versed with Cloud Integration and Infrastructure setupExperience on Greenfield implementations, other CCM products would be desirable PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
