About the role

Are you a strategic leader with a track record in managing large-scale production teams?

As a Production Manager in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you will be at the forefront of overseeing four production teams and driving to success. You will collaborate closely with the Production Director to lead and organize the production team efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and improving the culture of work, planning, and overall production performance.

Key responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Provide effective leadership to production teams, inspiring them to meet and exceed production goals.
• Production Oversight : Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure they align with quality standards and meet production targets.
• Daily Performance Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, reporting to the Production Director and Chief Operating Officer.
• Resource Management : Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, machines, and materials, to enhance production efficiency.
• Development of Teams : Provide training, coaching, and conduct performance reviews. Participate in the hiring process for new team members.
• Quality Assurance : Possess a deep understanding of quality control processes to enhance the quality of complex products.
• Leader in 5S and Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives for workplace organization and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Personality :

Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting.

As a manager, you establish a safe working atmosphere where trust, mutual respect is fully in the working culture. That means working with people, bringing out the best and growing the team as a whole. In case of disagreements, you reach consensus.

You set the big picture but lean on the expertise of others. Being interested in your team and the work your team members do is therefore a must.
