This is what you will do

As Senior IT Product Lead Integration , you will play a key role in shaping the integration layer that connects Odido’s digital backbone – from BSS to OSS, across internal platforms, and towards our partners. You bring alignment between development, operations, business, and vendors – ensuring priorities are clear, value is delivered, and teams can do what they do best.

You don’t have to know every technical detail, but you do need to understand the role integrations play in our broader ecosystem. You support and guide your team by giving direction when needed, creating structure, and most importantly : creating space for others to grow and thrive.

You’ll be leading by influence and collaboration – not control. You manage the roadmap and product backlog, work closely with vendors, define goals, assess sprint deliveries, and support continuous improvement in both the product and team dynamic.

The role

This is a leadership position within the Integration & Middleware domain of Odido IT. You collaborate with engineers, product teams, architects, and suppliers. You manage the team’s product vision and backlog, while ensuring dependencies and delivery expectations are well aligned with stakeholders across the organization.

You’ll represent integration in cross-functional planning and guide the team through agile delivery cycles, ensuring the right things are built at the right time – without unnecessary complexity. And when blockers appear, you clear the way.

You are not just responsible for delivering integrations – you empower others to deliver . With empathy, initiative and structure, you make the work simpler, clearer, and more focused.

Key responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for the Integration & Middleware platform

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with corporate and team goals

Define and communicate sprint goals, accept / reject completed stories

Ensure stories are “ready” for development and support the team during execution

Facilitate stakeholder alignment across IT, Network, and suppliers

Manage vendor deliverables, planning, performance, and collaboration

Drive continuous improvement in delivery, quality and team collaboration

Monitor and report on operational KPIs and value delivery

Represent the integration domain in cross-team portfolio and architecture discussions

About the team

You’ll join the Integration & Middleware cluster within Odido’s IT department. This team connects systems and services across our business – enabling both customer- and employee-facing platforms to function seamlessly.

You’ll report to the IT Product Management Leadership Team, working closely with other Product Leads, Architects, Engineers, and Vendor Managers. Our team values openness, clarity, and curiosity – and we welcome people who want to help us move forward together.

Must-have

HBO / WO degree level (Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT or related field)

7+ years of experience in IT, including experience as Product Owner or Product Lead

Experience with integration / middleware platforms (e.g. Tibco, TYK, Mulesoft, Kafka)

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) and backlog management

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Experience managing vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders

Ability to simplify complexity, facilitate delivery, and prioritize value

Nice-to-have

Experience in the telecom or enterprise IT domain

Affinity with operations, platform monitoring, and KPI steering

Experience mentoring teams or supporting supplier collaboration

Analytical mindset with a human approach to leadership
