What is the project about?
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the UX Research function in SciVal and Scopus as temporary maternity leave cover.
Reporting to the Head of UX Research, you’ll be part of the wider UX group consisting of some 70 UX Researchers, Designers, and Prototypers led by our VP of UX. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with UX designers and Product Managers based in Amsterdam.
This role will closely support the strategy to harness the opportunities afforded by generative AI to showcase our data in new ways and increase the value of our products for customers.
The role
Your work will range from ethnographic-style discovery to usability testing on prototypes and live products.
This role will suit someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working in a flexible way. We’d like you to have at least 5 years’ experience of user research planning and execution, and having worked in a software development context will be an advantage.
