Position : Customer Service Specialist - Order Management (40 hours preferred, fewer hours negotiable)
Location : Landsmeer
In the Customer Service Specialist – Order Management role you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities like order entry, general questions about the delivery of the products or returns, creation of new customers, and complaint management, via phone calls and emails you will answer the customer in the internally defined service levels and provide an excellence and professional service to the customers. You are solution-oriented and quickly find the resolution of the issue to keep our customer satisfaction high.
