Are you an experienced Software Delivery Manager with experience as Scrum Master and IT-Project Manager? Would you like to build, develop and motivate teams? • Manage customers’ and Sioux stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Provide a technical roadmap and planning for the related teams with a 1,5 yearly window of work aligned with customer group leaders and other stakeholders.
• Attract, build and motivate teams.
• Manage employee satisfaction in a way that team members are willing to stay longer. Make sure every team has the right competences and knowledge to perform in an optimal way now and in the near future.
• Align with customer stakeholders on the required team size and corresponding budget.
• Create quotations within budget constraints, in a timely way to ensure seamless continuation of the services.
• Supervise that Sioux delivers what is promised on quality, staffing, effort and lead time and take corrective actions if required.
• Responsible for reporting to relevant stakeholders.
