The role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Head of Sales Netherlands for the launch of our Dutch branch. The ideal candidate has experience in managing digital commercial activities, implementing CRM and sales strategies, as well as developing interactive relationships with prospects and customers within the mobility landscape. The candidate will manage and consolidate the sales team and contribute to the growth of strategic sourcing partnerships and Yoyomove’s product portfolio.
1. Responsibilities
- Define and implement effective digital commercial and CRM strategies to develop and increase sales volumes in the car rental and mobility sector.
- Analyse the Dutch marketplace and identify growth opportunities.
2. Managing the Sales Team
Manage, supervise and guide sales consultants to achieve CRM and sales targets.Support the growth of the sales team by assigning clear responsibilities and objectives to team members.Provide support for the professional development of the team. Define learning objectives and provide suitable training resources.3. Customer Relationship Development & Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, through strong awareness of and implementation of professional and interactive customer journeys, as well as being able to identify new business opportunities.Manage the customer relationship with Key Accounts.Deploy a professional customer interaction DNA within the company and towards the end customers.4. Sales and CRM Management
Monitor CRM and sales performance and identify any areas for improvement.Ensure the achievement of CRM and sales targets in an efficient manner.5. Sourcing and Product Management
Develop, implement and manage Yoyomove’s product portfolio.Manage the relationship, cooperation and terms and conditions with the sourcing partners; the leasing and rental companies.Create professional, accurate and seamless back-order processes with these partners.Requirements
At least three years' experience in a Head of Sales or similar CRM-related role.Native Dutch level.Excellent English / Italian level.Digital skills.Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales and / or CRM team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Result orientated, and managing objectives.Willingness to travel for commercial meetingsExcellent knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel).Experienced in CRM Management and experienced in working in a digital, data-driven environment.Extensive experience in customer journey mapping, lead, and funnel management.What we offer
