Managing Director - Benelux

Our client, a Global Packaging Group is recruiting a Managing Director to lead their Benelux region.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives and driving business performance across this key strategic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for P&L and delivering strategic goals in line with expectations;
• Creating and developing win-win relationships with key customers;
• Identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risk and aligning strategic goals with operational capability;
• Leading a small but high performing team across all functions to create a collaborative environment and ensure short and long term objectives are met.
