B2B Growth Manager

We’re Icetubs, the premium ice bath & sauna company based in Amsterdam. Now we’re launching our new commercial ice bath for businesses , and we’re looking for a B2B Growth Manager to help us scale.

This is your chance to experiment, build, and grow our B2B pipeline from the ground up. You’ll work side by side with our B2B Sales Manager to create campaigns, test bold ideas, and drive results across channels.

What you’ll do

• Build & run B2B growth campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, paid, partnerships)
• Experiment, measure, and scale what works
• Partner with Sales to drive qualified leads & opportunities
• Own landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows
• Create content that speaks to B2B decision-makers
• Track KPIs, optimize funnel, and share insights
• Push boundaries, test fast, and grow what works

What we’re looking for
