On-Site IT I&O Manager France & BeNeLux
What this role is about?
On-Site IT I&O Manager France & BeNeLux is the head of the sub-cluster formed by France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, inside the On-Site I&O WE region, part of the Global On-Site I&O organization. This position also supports the Regional On-site I&O Director WE in the identification of the technical infrastructure & end-user computing requirements for Market business operations by cooperating with respective Market IT Leads to advise the “IT Infrastructure and Operations Pillar” for the required systems / solutions. The role is accountable for managing the implementation and execution of all required global & local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services in incumbents' cluster locations.
What will you do?
Business Relationship / Internal Stakeholder Management
- Work as a partner with respective Cluster / Entity IT Leads to fully understand the technical requirements of clusters’ business plans & priorities
- Liaise with respective Cluster / Entity IT Leads, Corporate IT pillars, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on the technical platforms / solutions required / scheduled for the locations
- Act as the single and most senior point of escalation for the management of IT technical-related issues and / or topics within the respective On-site I&O Cluster
- Ensure that technical solutions meet the requirements of the business and IT, are cost-effective, in alignment with IT strategy and the technology stack, implemented following Operating Guidelines and JTI P&P, and delivered according to plans; provide visibility to Regional ON-SITE I&O Lead when / where deviations occur
Corporate IT Vision Strategy
Ensure that the creation and management of JTI's overall IT vision and strategy (in technical areas) reflect the requirements and priorities of Markets in the respective clusterEnsure that the Market On-site I&O function in the cluster reflects the priorities and directions of the corporate IT strategy (in technical areas)Ensure IT (in technical areas) in the cluster remains aligned with the JTI and IT Vision 2030 and the IT commitments of the JTI TransformationExternal Stakeholder / Vendor Management

Safeguard that externally contracted technical services are established properly inside the cluster; ensure that all external technical services are delivered, and performance management is followed appropriately according to vendor contracts and JTI policies and proceduresplan and place the external resources as required in a cluster to fulfill expected service qualityseek vendor / service consolidation opportunities with intra- and inter- regional approach to bring service improvement & cost effectiveness without business disruptionTechnical Service Delivery Management

Responsible for effective planning of the AP / SP and LE processes, delivering on commitments, and managing and reporting with clarity how the cluster budget is used to run existing services, the cost of transformation / change, and efficiencies gained by changes. Optimize, control, and reduce costs, when possible, to improve costs / resource efficiencies and profitability within the clusterCompliance
